You can change your membership tier at any time from your profile dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After that period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Litecoin (LTC), XRP, Solana (SOL), and BNB.

Is my payment information stored securely?

We do not store your card details. All card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. Crypto payments are handled by NowPayments.
